Anti-state Jiahdists claim their fighting in Pakistan to the greater battle of Hind for which they present theological arguments based on the predictions of a Hadith about a war in the India region. These groups declare most parts of Pakistan as part of the predicted Hind battle.
On expected lines, Al Qaeda appears to be preparing to focus on J&K post US-Taliban agreement. There are three indications for this. First, the latest edition of Nawai Afghan Jihad, the online publication of Al-Qaeda in the Indian Subcontinent (AQIS), disclosed its plans to rename the magazine as “Nawai Ghazwa-e-Hind”. Second, the latest edition of the magazine also claimed that the US-Taliban deal was a “magnificent victory” suggesting that the most powerful country had to bow before the Islamic jihadist group. The focus on this deal was deliberate to suggest that the Al Qaeda had also contributed to put pressure on the US. Third, the magazine also carried an article titled “Kandahar to Doda: The season of hopes”, purportedly written by a Kashmiri, that mentioned of Al Qaeda in the Indian Sub-continent’s plans to focus on J&K and importantly made tacit references to the removal of Article 370.
The explanation given to change the name of the magazine appears to be crucial. This is linked to the outfit’s efforts aimed at propagation of its ideology in India and to wage jihad for the “suppressed Muslims” particularly in J&K. The magazine mentioned the need for ‘Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’ for success of jihad in the sub-continent. The article entitled “Kandahar to Doda” not only mentioned the alleged atrocities post removal of Article 370, but highlighted the killings of terrorists like Zakir Musa, the founder of an Indian chapter of Al-Qaeda called Ansar Ghazwat-ul-Hind, who was killed by security forces in Tral area of south Kashmir in May 2019.
The Indian Subcontinent Theater
In India, the jihadi movement is closely associated with that of Pakistan. The major theater of jihad in India is the Jammu and Kashmir region, where Azad Kashmir-based militant groups fight to unite the disputed region with Pakistan. Separately, Pakistan-based militant groups such as Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) and Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) have conducted multiple attacks within India. The Indian Mujahideen (IM) is perhaps the most well-known India-based militant group, and is considered to be associated with LeT. Top IM leaders have been trained in LeT camps in Pakistan.The group has carried out attacks all around India and has aims of creating an Islamic caliphate across South Asia.
AQIS FUNDING & FINANCES
Most al-Qaeda affiliates function autonomously and have their own funding sources. With the advent of a strong international counter terror-financing regime to choke off the funding of terrorist groups, many have resorted to alternative methods— including proceeds gained from criminal activity—to finance their actions. The emergence of methods of payment through new developments in information technology, like virtual currencies and e-lotteries, present an additional avenue for terror groups to finance their activities.
Though the granular details about AQIS funding are still largely unknown, the recent arrests of some of its operatives have provided interesting insights. AQIS is different from other al-Qaeda affiliates in that it both receives from and provides funding to AQC.46 The other known sources of AQIS funding are kidnappings for ransom, donations from individuals, donations from charitable foundations and religious charities including zakat, occasional state sponsorship, and 47 proceeds from counterfeit currency.
Rohingya Cause
Around 1.1 million Rohingyas live in apartheidlike conditions in Rakhine state in Myanmar (formerly Burma), where serious ethnic clashes between the Muslim Rohingyas and Rakhine Buddhists have resulted in the exodus of over one million Rohingyas. Recognizing the emotional capital of the Rohingya issue, the plight of the Rohingya has figured prominently in AQIS statements and videos. In September 2017, al-Qaeda issued a statement describing the attacks on the Rohingya as part of a global campaign against Muslims. The statement urges Muslims in India, Pakistan, and the Philippines to migrate to Myanmar to help the Rohingya cause. The Rohingya issue provides a befitting opportunity for AQIS to implement its strategy of networking with local jihadi groups while working to gain credibility among the grassroots. Several international entities now have come to refer to the Rohingya population’s situation in Myanmar as a genocide.
Amidst the continuing instability, the emergence of Haraka al Yakin (The Movement of Faith), a newly created Rohingya militant group, signals a menacing new phase that could see an uptick in violent incidents in both Myanmar and India. Although Haraka is by no means the first Rohingya militant group, it is definitely the first group to exhibit considerable presence in the region. The group is gaining traction in the Rohingya-dominated areas of Rakhine state. There are unverified reports that Haraka is associated with AQIS. Al-Qaeda central has offered rhetorical support to the Rohingya while simultaneously issuing threats against the government in Myanmar. In September 2017, the group stated: “The savage treatment meted out to our Muslim brothers…shall not pass without punishment.
Haraka al Yakin is reportedly led by a Pakistani-born Rohingya Muslim named Ataullah. Karachi, where Ataullah claims to have been born, hosts around 300,000 Rohingyas who migrated to Pakistan in the 1970s and 1980s. Some Rohingya Muslims in Karachi have been associated with terrorist groups like HUJI since the early 1990s. Abdul Qudoos Arakani, a Karachi-based Rohingya, has acted, for over two decades as leader of the HUJI-Arakan chapter. Most of the leadership of Haraka is believed to be Urdu-speaking Rohingyas from Karachi, which shows the potential for stronger linkages developing between groups in Pakistan and networks of Rohingya in Myanmar and Bangladesh.
Until now, there is no firm evidence of Myanmar’s claim that Haraka has links with both AQIS and TTP. However, with AQIS well entrenched in the Rohingya neighborhoods of Karachi, it may well be true that AQIS has already forged links with Haraka. There are also certain unverified reports that suggest well-entrenched links between Haraka and HUJI-Arakan under the patronage of Abdul Qudoos.AQC had longstanding links with the Rohingya Solidarity Organization and HUJI.
Though there is considerable concern about Southeast Asian jihadists joining the Rohingya cause, a far bigger concern should be AQIS hijacking the Rohingya insurgency, as AQIS is both organizationally and geographically closer to the core of the Rohingya crisis. However, the biggest casualty of the jihadification of the Rohingya issue would be the Rohingya issue itself. It would provide an opportunity for Myanmar’s government to discredit the entire Rohingya movement as a radical insurgent campaign. Concurrently, it would deflect the focus of the West from human right issues to a more security-related narrative, portraying the Rohingya refugees as a potential security threat to neighboring countries.
5. In a January 2010 former CIA officer Rolf Mowatt-Larssen described how al Qaeda wanted to acquire biological weapons with roughly the same level of priority that it sought a stolen nuclear weapon. It never came close to getting either, focusing instead on more conventional attacks.
Biological
There is little doubt that the Islamic State would like to possess and use biological weapons. A laptop recovered by moderate Syrian rebels during a 2014 raid on the Islamic State stronghold of Idlib allegedly contained files instructing Islamic State on the preparation and use of biological weapons. The laptop also contained safety instructions for the development of microbes in order to protect Islamic State technicians from exposure.
Despite the consistent reiteration of its desire to possess biological weapons, the Islamic State faces significant practical challenges. Like nuclear weapons, the development of biological weapons requires sophisticated personnel and technology that are not readily available in Iraq and Syria. The group could conceivably purchase and smuggle the materials needed to set up a biological weapons lab, however scale would become a significant obstacle given that effective production levels require a facility about the size of a large research lab with the corresponding infrastructure. The Islamic State would also have to contend with quality control issues as well. The power grid and generators in Iraq and Syria are not sufficiently reliable for the refrigerators and incubators needed to weaponize biological agents.
In regard to the difficulties of biological weaponization, the 2014 Ebola crisis in Western Africa proves instructive. The spread of Ebola gave rise to concerns that the Islamic State would attempt to use Ebola-infected individuals as delivery systems for the virus. This non-traditional transfer mechanism could, in theory, infect people around the world. The reality is far different, however. When first infected with a virus, individuals have a low titer count (the concentration of virus in the blood). Once inside the host individual, the virus invades cells and replicates. This progressively leads to higher levels of virus in the body and a corresponding escalation of symptoms. At low levels, the individual is relatively non-contagious and appears normal. It is at the later stages of the infection that the individual is most contagious, but also the most sick and debilitated. Such highly infected host individuals are easily identifiable and often barely able to function, let alone able to execute a clandestine infection strategy. Diseases are not limited by national or regional borders. The introduction of a pathogen in a developed nation would be rapidly detected through bio-surveillance networks.
6. History and Recent Advances in Coronavirus Discovery
SARS
coronavirus Although SARS CoV is not presently transmitting in the human population, the clinical features of SARS are instructive as an example of a severe viral respiratory disease. The incubation period of SARS was estimated to be 2–14 days. The disease presented as fever, myalgia, chills and a dry cough of acute onset leading to a rapidly progressing viral pneumonia. Upper respiratory symptoms of rhinorrhoea and sore throat were less common. Some patients had a watery diarrhoea. Ground glass opacities and focal consolidation predominantly involving the lung periphery and lower lobes was seen on radiographic examination. Some patients progressed to increasing tachypnoea, oxygen desaturation and respiratory distress syndrome. Moderate liver dysfunction and marked lymphopenia was seen. Central nervous system manifestations were reported but rare. The overall case fatality rate was 9.6%. The severity of disease increased with age and with the presence of underlying co-morbidities.
EMERGENCE OF THE SEVERE ACUTE RESPIRATORY SYNDROME (SARS) CORONAVIRUS
Given the enormous variety of animal coronaviruses, it was not surprising when the cause of a very new, severe acute respiratory syndrome, called SARS, emerged in 2002–2003 as a coronavirus from southern China and spread throughout the world with quantifiable speed.
This virus grew fairly easily in tissue culture, enabling quick sequencing of the genome. Sequencing differed sufficiently from any of the known human or animal coronaviruses to place this virus into a new group, along with a virus that was subsequently cultured from Himalayan palm civets, from which it presumably had emerged.
During the 2002–2003 outbreak, SARS infection was reported in 29 countries in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. Overall 8098 infected individuals were identified, with 774 SARS-related fatalities.It is still unclear how the virus entered the human population and whether the Himalayan palm civets were the natural reservoir for the virus. Sequence analysis of the virus isolated from the Himalayan palm civets revealed that this virus contained a 29-nucleotide sequence not found in most human isolates, in particular those involved in the worldwide spread of the epidemic.
In the animal viruses, this nucleotide sequence maintains the integrity of the 10th open reading frame (ORF); whereas in the human strains, the absence of this motif results in 2 overlapping ORFs. The function of the ORFs in the animal and human isolates is unknown, and it is unclear whether the deletion of the 29-nucleotide sequence played a role in the transspecies jump, the capacity of the epidemic strain to spread between humans or the virulence of the virus in humans. Curiously data from seroepidemiologic studies conducted among food market workers in areas where the SARS epidemic likely began indicated that 40% of wild animal traders and 20% of individuals who slaughter animals were seropositive for SARS, although none had a history of SARS-
like symptoms.
These findings suggest that these individuals were exposed through their occupation to a SARS-like virus that frequently caused asymptomatic infection. Infection control policies may have contributed to the halt of the SARS epidemic. The last series of documented cases to date, in April 2004, were laboratory-acquired. The SARS epidemic gave the world of coronaviruses an enormous infusion of energy and activity that contributed to the large amount already known about the virology and pathogenesis of coronavirus infections from the expanding area of veterinary virology

7. SARS coronavirus
The epidemiology of SARS CoV deserves special mention, because it highlights the emergence and control of a novel human infectious disease. SARS CoV emerged from a precursor virus which is endemic in insectivorous bats. The close proximity of different animal species (including bats) within large live gameanimal markets which service the restaurant trade for exotic food in southern China allowed the bat SARS CoV-like precursor virus to adapt to other mammalian species (civet cats, raccoon dogs) and subsequently, to humans.
Initial infections in late 2002 were asymptomatic and did not lead to onward transmission but the virus finally adapted to efficient human transmission leading to large outbreaks of disease in Guangdong Province, China, in February 2003. One infected patient from Guangdong travelled to Hong Kong and stayed one day at a hotel there leading to the infection of 15 other guests who travelled onwards to Toronto, Singapore, Hanoi and elsewhere, seeding chains of secondary transmission in different parts of the world. Within months, the outbreak had spread to 29 countries and regions causing over 8000 human cases and almost 800 deaths.
SARS was characterized by explosive outbreaks of disease in the community as well as in healthcare settings, 21% of all cases worldwide being nosocomially acquired. While many patients did not transmit infection at all, a few patients (so called ‘superspreading events’) were responsible for large numbers of secondary cases. Such outbreaks appeared to be associated with a constellation of factors related to host, environment and circumstance and was not explained solely by host factors such as viral load in the patient’s respiratory tract. The ‘super-spreader’ phenomenon has been described also in other infectious diseases. By July 2003, determined and coordinated global public health measures had interrupted transmission in humans.
SARS was unusual in two respects of its pathophysiology that allowed its transmission to be interrupted by public health measures. Unlike other respiratory viruses where the viral load in the upper respiratory tract and transmission is maximal early in the disease, in SARS, peak viral titres in the upper respiratory tract and maximal transmission typically occurred in the second week. This allowed early case-detection and isolation to interrupt community transmission. Furthermore, most infected persons manifested clinically overt disease, and thus, once symptomatically ill patients were detected and isolated, there was little asymptomatic infection in the community to sustain virus transmission.
Other respiratory viral pathogens such as influenza are transmitted soon after, or even before, the manifestation of clinical symptoms and much of the infection remains mild or asymptomatic. Thus, while the spread of SARS was interruptible by public health measures, the influenza pandemic of 2009 was not. New zoonotic infections of SARS emerged from the live game-animal markets in Guandong Province, China in December 2003 and January 2004. But these were caused by viruses poorly adapted to human transmission. Action to remove the potential animal sources of infection avoided a re-emergence of SARS. There were four other instances of human infection with human-adapted SARS CoV arising from laboratory accidents. In one of these instances, there was secondary transmission to contacts in the community, but prompt detection and case-isolation prevented a major outbreak.

Dr. Boyle’s position is in stark contrast to the mainstream media’s narrative of the virus being originated from the seafood market, which i increasingly being questioned by many experts.
Recently, American Senator Tom Cotton of Arkansas also dismantled the mainstream media’s claim on Thursday that pinned the coronavirus outbreak on a market selling dead and live animals.
In a video accompanying his post, Cotton explained that the Wuhan wet market (which Cotton incorrectly referred to as a seafood market) has been shown by experts to not be the source of the deadly contagion.
Cotton referenced a Lancet study which showed that many of the first cases of the novel coronavirus, including patient zero, had no connection to the wet market — devastatingly undermining mainstream media’s claim.
“As one epidemiologist said: ‘That virus went into the seafood market before it came out of the seafood market.’ We still don’t know where it originated,” Cotton said.
“I would note that Wuhan also has China’s only bio-safety level four super laboratory that works with the world’s most deadly pathogens to include, yes, coronavirus.”
Such concerns have also been raised by J.R. Nyquist, the well-known author of the books “Origins of the Fourth World War” and “The Fool and His Enemy,” as well as co-author of “The New Tactics of Global War”. In his insightful article he published secret speechs given to high-level Communist Party cadres by Chinese Defense Minister Gen. Chi Haotian explaining a long-range plan for ensuring a Chinese national renaissance – the catalyst for which would be China’s secret plan to weaponiz viruses.
Nyquist gave three different data points for making his case in analyzing Coronavirus. He writes:

The authors were clever enough to put Khan’s Virology Journal article together with news of a security breach by Chinese nationals at the Canadian (P4) National Microbiology Lab in Winnipeg, where the novel coronavirus was allegedly stored with other lethal organisms. Last May, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police were called in to investigate; by late July the Chinese were kicked out of the facility.The chief Chinese scientist (Dr. Xiangguo Qiu) was allegedly making trips between Winnipeg and Wuhan.
Here we have a plausible theory of the NCoV organism’s travels: first discovered in Saudi Arabia, then studied in Canada from whence it was stolen by a Chinese scientist and brought to Wuhan. Like the statement of Taiwan’s intelligence chief in 2008, the GreatGameIndia story has come under intensive attack. Whatever the truth, the fact of proximity and the unlikelihood of mutation must figure into our calculations.
It’s highly probable that the 2019-nCoV organism is a weaponized version of the NCoV discovered by Saudi doctors in 2012.

Four months later in July 2019, a group of Chinese virologists were forcibly dispatched from the Canadian lab – the only level-4 facility equipped to handle the world’s deadliest diseases where Coronavirus sample from the first Saudi patient was being examined.

The NML scientist who was escorted out of the Canadian lab along with her husband, another biologist, and members of her research team is believed to be a Chinese Bio-Warfare agent Xiangguo Qiu. Qiu was the head of the Vaccine Development and Antiviral Therapies Section in the Special Pathogens Program at Canada’s NML.
Xiangguo Qiu is an outstanding Chinese scientist born in Tianjin. She primarily received her medical doctor degree from Hebei Medical University in China in 1985 and came to Canada for graduate studies in 1996. Later on, she was affiliated with the Institute of Cell Biology and the Department of Pediatrics and Child Health of the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, not engaged with studying pathogens.
But a shift took place, somehow. Since 2006, she has been studying powerful viruses in Canada’s NML. The viruses shipped from the NML to China were studied by her in 2014, for instance (together with the viruses Machupo, Junin, Rift Valley Fever, Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever and Hendra).

All of the above four mentioned Chinese Biological Warfare facilities collaborated with Dr. Xiangguo Qiu within the context of Ebola virus, the Institute of Military Veterinary joined a study on the Rift Valley fever virus too, while the Institute of Microbiology joined a study on Marburg virus. Noticeably, the drug used in the latter study – Favipiravir – has been earlier tested successfully by the Chinese Academy of Military Medical Sciences, with the designation JK-05 (originally a Japanese patent registered in China already in 2006), against Ebola and additional viruses.
However, the studies by Dr. Qiu are considerably more advanced and apparently vital for the Chinese biological weapons development in case Coronavirus, Ebola, Nipah, Marburg or Rift Valley fever viruses are included therein.
The Canadian investigation is ongoing and questions remain whether previous shipments to China of other viruses or other essential preparations, took place from 2006 to 2018, one way or another.

Dr. Xiangguo Qiu also collaborated in 2018 with three scientists from the US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases, Maryland, studying post-exposure immunotherapy for two Ebola viruses and Marburg virus in monkeys; a study supported by the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency.
11. The Wuhan Coronavirus
Dr. Xiangguo Qiu made at least five trips over the school year 2017-18 to the above-mentioned Wuhan National Biosafety Laboratory of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, which was certified for BSL4 in January 2017. Moreover, in August 2017, the National Health Commission of China approved research activities involving Ebola, Nipah, and Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever viruses at the Wuhan facility.
Coincidentally, the Wuhan National Biosafety Laboratory is located only 20 miles away from the Huanan Seafood Market which is the epicenter of the Coronavirus outbreak dubbed the Wuhan Coronavirus.
The Wuhan National Biosafety Laboratory is housed at the Chinese military facility Wuhan Institute of Virology linked to China’s Biological Warfare Program. It was the first ever lab in the country designed to meet biosafety-level-4 (BSL-4) standards – the highest biohazard level, meaning that it would be qualified to handle the most dangerous pathogens.
In January 2018, the lab was operational ‘for global experiments on BSL-4 pathogens,’ wrote Guizhen Wu in the journal Biosafety and Health. ‘After a laboratory leak incident of SARS in 2004, the former Ministry of Health of China initiated the construction of preservation laboratories for high-level pathogens such as SARS, coronavirus, and pandemic influenza virus,’ wrote Guizhen Wu.
Coronavirus Bioweapon
The Wuhan institute has studied coronaviruses in the past, including the strain that causes Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome, or SARS, H5N1 influenza virus, Japanese encephalitis, and dengue. Researchers at the institute also studied the germ that causes anthrax – a biological agent once developed in Russia.
“Coronaviruses (particularly SARS) have been studied in the institute and are probably held therein,” said Dany Shoham, a former Israeli military intelligence officer who has studied Chinese biowarfare. He said. “SARS is included within the Chinese BW program, at large, and is dealt with in several pertinent facilities.”
ames Giordano, a neurology professor at Georgetown University and senior fellow in Biowarfare at the U.S. Special Operations Command, said China’s growing investment in bio-science, looser ethics around gene-editing and other cutting-edge technology and integration between government and academia raise the spectre of such pathogens being weaponized.
That could mean an offensive agent, or a modified germ let loose by proxies, for which only China has the treatment or vaccine. “This is not warfare, per se,” he said. “But what it’s doing is leveraging the capability to act as global saviour, which then creates various levels of macro and micro economic and bio-power dependencies.”
China’s Biological Warfare Program
In a 2015 academic paper, Shoham – of Bar-Ilan’s Begin-Sadat Center for Strategic Studies – asserts that more than 40 Chinese facilities are involved in bio-weapon production.
China’s Academy of Military Medical Sciences actually developed an Ebola drug – called JK-05 — but little has been divulged about it or the defence facility’s possession of the virus, prompting speculation its Ebola cells are part of China’s bio-warfare arsenal, Shoham told the National Post.
Ebola is classified as a “category A” bioterrorism agent by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, meaning it could be easily transmitted from person to person, would result in high death rates and “might cause panic.” The CDC lists Nipah as a category C substance, a deadly emerging pathogen that could be engineered for mass dissemination.
China’s Biological Warfare Program is believed to be in an advanced stage that includes research and development, production and weaponization capabilities. Its current inventory is believed to include the full range of traditional chemical and biological agents with a wide variety of delivery systems including artillery rockets, aerial bombs, sprayers, and short-range ballistic missiles.

The PLA is pursuing military applications for biology and looking into promising intersections with other disciplines, including brain science, supercomputing, and artificial intelligence. Since 2016, the Central Military Commission has funded projects on military brain science, advanced biomimetic systems, biological and biomimetic materials, human performance enhancement, and “new concept” biotechnology.
In 2016, an AMMS doctoral researcher published a dissertation, “Research on the Evaluation of Human Performance Enhancement Technology,” which characterized CRISPR-Cas as one of three primary technologies that might boost troops’ combat effectiveness. The supporting research looked at the effectiveness of the drug Modafinil, which has applications in cognitive enhancement; and at transcranial magnetic stimulation, a type of brain stimulation, while also contending that the “great potential” of CRISPR-Cas as a “military deterrence technology in which China should “grasp the initiative” in development.
In 2016, the potential strategic value of genetic information led the Chinese government to launch the National Genebank, which intends to become the world’s largest repository of such data. It aims to “develop and utilize China’s valuable genetic resources, safeguard national security in bioinformatics, and enhance China’s capability to seize the strategic commanding heights” in the domain of Biotechnology Warfare.

12. Taiwan Intelligence: SARS – A Chinese Bioweapon October 7, 2008 — 7.50pm
Taiwan’s top national security chief was forced to apologies after suggesting the deadly SARS virus could have been developed in Chinese laboratories as a bio-weapon.
National Security Bureau director Tsai Chao-ming “expresses his sincere apology that his gaffe … has caused misunderstanding and concerns,” the bureau said in a statement.
Tsai stirred up controversy on Monday after telling lawmakers that Taiwan had intelligence linking the SARS virus to research done in Chinese labs.
“The bureau listed it as a biochemical warfare agent. We have certain evidence and we have asked UN experts to look into this and that there are some areas involving China,” Tsai said.
SARS triggered a global health crisis after emerging in China’s southern Guangdong province in November 2002, infecting more than 8,000 people and causing nearly 800 deaths worldwide, including 349 in China and 73 in Taiwan.
The pro-independence opposition Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) urged the government to disclose the relevant intelligence information and demand an explanation from Beijing.
If the SARS virus were to be “used as a bio-weapon, it would cause irreparable harm to mankind. We urge the international community to intervene and investigate,” said DPP spokesman Cheng Wen-tsang.
Taiwan and the mainland have been governed separately since they split in 1949 at the end of a civil war, but Beijing sees the island as part of its territory awaiting reunification, by force if necessary.
13. Coronavirus – China’s Secret Plan to Weaponize Viruses
In a secret speech given to high-level Communist Party cadres nearly two decades ago, Chinese Defense Minister Gen. Chi Haotian explained a long-range plan for ensuring a Chinese national renaissance.
He said there were three vital issues that must be grasped. The first was the issue of living space—because China is severely overpopulated and China’s environment is deteriorating. The second issue, therefore, is that the Communist Party must teach the Chinese people to “go out.” By this Gen. Chi meant the conquest of new lands in which a “second China” could be built by “colonization.” From this arises the third vital issue: the “issue of America.”
Gen. Chi warned his listeners: “This appears to be shocking, but the logic is actually very simple.” China is “in fundamental conflict with the Western strategic interest.” Therefore, the United States will never allow China to seize other countries to build a second China. The United States stands in China’s way.
Chi explained the problem as follows: “Would the United States allow us to go out to gain new living space? First, if the United States is firm in blocking us, it is hard for us to do anything significant to Taiwan, Vietnam, India, or even Japan, [so] how much more living space can we get? Very trivial! Only countries like the United States, Canada, and Australia have the vast land to serve our need for mass colonization.”
“We are not as foolish as to want to perish together with America by using nuclear weapons,” said the general. “Only by using non-destructive weapons that can kill many people will we be able to reserve America for ourselves.” The answer is found in biological weapons. “Of course,” he added, “we have not been idle, in the past years we have seized the opportunity to master weapons of this kind.”
The ruling Chinese Communist Party considers biological weapons to be the most important weapons for accomplishing their goal of “cleaning up America.” Chi credits Deng Xiaoping with putting biological weapons ahead of all other weapon systems in the Chinese arsenal: “When Comrade Xiaoping was still with us, the Party Central Committee had the perspicacity to make the right decision not to develop aircraft carrier groups and focus instead on developing lethal weapons that can eliminate mass populations of the enemy country.”
It may seem difficult to believe, but Gen. Chi considered himself to be a “humanitarian” communist, and therefore admitted to mixed personal feelings on this matter: “I sometimes think how cruel it is for China and the United States to be enemies. …” After all, he noted, the United States helped China in World War II. Chinese people remember that the United States opposed Japanese imperialism. But none of that matters now.
“In the long run,” said Gen. Chi, “the relationship of China and the United States is one of a life-and-death struggle.” This tragic situation must be accepted. According to Gen. Chi, “We must not forget that the history of our civilization repeatedly has taught us that one mountain does not allow two tigers to live together.”
According to Gen. Chi, China’s overpopulation problem and environmental degradation will eventually result in social collapse and civil war. General Chi estimated that “more than 800 million” Chinese would die in such a collapse. Therefore, the Chinese Communist Party has no policy alternative.
Either the United States is “cleaned up” by biological attacks, or China suffers national catastrophe.
Chi makes the following argument: “We must prepare ourselves for two scenarios. If our biological weapons succeed in the surprise attack, the Chinese people will be able to keep their losses at a minimum in the fight against the United States. If, however, the attack fails and triggers a nuclear retaliation from the United States, China would perhaps suffer a catastrophe in which more than half of its population would perish. That is why we need to be ready with air defense systems for our big and medium-sized cities.”
In his speech, Gen. Chi provides us with a key for understanding China’s development strategy. According to Chi, “Our economic development is all about preparing for the needs of war!” It’s not about improving the life of Chinese people in the short run. It’s not about building a consumer-oriented capitalist society. “Publicly, said Gen, Chi, “we still emphasize economic development as our center, but in reality, economic development has war as its center!”
13. COVID19 – A Biowarfare Agent

The Chinese government has long carried out repressive policies against the Turkic Muslim peoples in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region (XUAR) in northwest China. These efforts have been dramatically scaled up since late 2016, when Communist Party Secretary Chen Quanguo relocated from the Tibet Autonomous Region to assume leadership of Xinjiang.
In recent years the Chinese government has devoted enormous financial, human, and technical resources for social control in Xinjiang. Authorities have hired tens of thousands additional security personnel while building numerous “convenience” police stations and checkpoints in the region. They have closely monitored people’s familial and social networks as indicators of their level of political trustworthiness. The government detains people and subjects them to greater levels of controls not only based on their own behavior or beliefs, but also those of their family members – a form of collective punishment contrary to international human rights law.
Perhaps the most innovative – and disturbing – of the repressive measures in Xinjiang is the government’s use of high-tech mass surveillance systems. Xinjiang authorities conduct compulsory mass collection of biometric data, such as voice samples and DNA, and use artificial intelligence and big data to identify, profile, and track everyone in Xinjiang. The authorities have envisioned these systems as a series of “filters,” picking out people with certain behavior or characteristics that they believe indicate a threat to the Communist Party’s rule in Xinjiang. These systems have also enabled authorities to implement fine-grained control, subjecting people to differentiated restrictions depending on their perceived levels of “trustworthiness.”
Authorities have sought to justify harsh treatment in the name of maintaining stability and security in Xinjiang, and to “strike at” those deemed terrorists and extremists in a “precise” and “in-depth” manner. Xinjiang officials claim the root of these problems is the “problematic ideas” of Turkic Muslims. These ideas include what authorities describe as extreme religious dogmas, but also any non-Han Chinese sense of identity, be it Islamic, Turkic, Uyghur, or Kazakh. Authorities insist that such beliefs and affinities must be “corrected” or “eradicated.”
During the past five years, a number of violent incidents attributed to Uyghur perpetrators have been reported in Xinjiang and elsewhere in China, and there have been reports of Uyghur fighters joining armed extremist groups abroad. The government has imposed far greater restrictions on Uyghurs than on other ethnic minorities. However, ethnic Kazakhs living mostly in northern Xinjiang have, since late 2016, been increasingly targeted under the Strike Hard Campaign.
According to Chinese Intelligence Officer Reveals True Magnitude of China’s “Fake Coronavirus Cover-up”.
The Standing Committee of the Chinese Communist Party considered these to be a grave threat to the integrity and stability of the motherland. The U.S. government and the EU both knew that the Chinese were secretly working on a biological agent that was supposed to make the protesters docile and obedient. Without going into detail, I worked on that project. We tried to develop a sort of spray that could be dispersed from helicopters or drones and that would lead to mental retardation and behavioural change.
Naturally, as Hong Kong is one of the most open and international cities in the world, the Party decided that it was too risky to release the agent in Hong Kong without first testing it. For this, it needed a great number of human guinea pigs. Two groups were identified for this.
First, we rounded up a large number of so-called ;’;,” in Xinjiang Province and took them to what we called “training camps.”
We had already been using these camps for human experimentation for several years, but the Hong Kong protests meant that we redoubled our efforts. We exposed the inmates to various “alpha” experimental agents. As these were odourless and invisible, the subjects were not aware that they were taking part in medical trials.
The resulting high rates of cancer, premature dementia, suicidal depression and death by organ failure could easily be suppressed, as the camps are located in very remote parts of our motherland.
Once the initial experiments had yielded a “beta” agent, it was transported to Hubei Province, where it was deployed in a special military testing facility outside the city of Wuhan. This was not even a particularly well-kept secret: the existence of this facility has been reported in international news. Even the fact that it is located close to the wild animal market is a known fact.
By then our President had already introduced a “social credit” system that allowed us to identify disloyal, counter-revolutionary and bourgeois elements in our society. Using the social credit scores — which are taken from online activity, electronic shopping behaviour and reports from informers in civil society — we selected some of the worst offenders. These included human rights lawyers and activists, Christians, homosexuals, artists, intellectuals, people who speak foreign languages, and other undesirables.
Once these troublemakers had been collected and placed in the testing facility, we exposed them to the Agent, which is biochemical in nature and spread in an invisible aerosol, akin to certain viruses. Initial results were encouraging, as we saw significant cognitive decline and reduction in higher mental processing facilities. Essentially, our undesirables were becoming mildly mentally disabled, which is precisely the effect we wanted to produce in order to pacify the restive population of Hong Kong.
Once we realised that the Agent had escaped and would start to spread, we swiftly put all of Wuhan into lockdown. I was one of those tasked to manage the fallout of the contamination.
Of course, we could not keep such a huge undertaking secret, so we decided to order our state media to report that a “coronavirus” had broken out in Wuhan.
In reality, of course, there is no “coronavirus”. It was all made up.
It was one of my colleagues who came up with the genius idea of pretending that people with the common flu suffered from the coronavirus. This allowed us to hide the true nature of the disease. Let me explain.
It is currently flu season in China. When we realised that we could no longer control the spread of the Agent, we sent our men to all the hospitals and instructed all doctors to diagnose every case of the common flu as “coronavirus”. We came up with a new name — 2019-nCoV — and handed out “fact sheets” that described a made-up illness.
The result of this decision was that tens of thousands of individuals who were simply suffering from a cold or flu were now diagnosed as having a mysterious coronavirus that, although infectious, was not often lethal. While this frightened the public, it allowed us to push the narrative that the disease was not that deadly; it also gave us time to prepare for the catastrophe that was sure to come by imposing a lockdown on Wuhan and other cities in Hubei Province.

China is planning for the possibility of war with the United States over the disputed island of Taiwan, and a possible conflict with India, according to US-based expert.
And the Center for the National Interest (CNI) has suggested attempts by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CCP) to portray the nation as “peaceful and defence-oriented” did not chime with reality, while urging the US to “integrate Taiwan’s military into its regional defense architecture”. The chilling possibilities are discussed in the latest edition of the National Interest, a bi-monthly magazine published by the CNI.
