Dr Ishtdev Sharma requested the hon’ble President of India for the resignation of MP Nisith Paramanik (Minister of State for MHA & MO Y&S).

In the case of the false declaration on the National Portal of Government of India and the official M.H.A. and Lok Sabha website. He is involved in many criminal activities, such as illegal arms dealers. He is an illegal immigrant and not an Indian citizen, and it is a NATIONAL SECURITY THREAT.

On 02.12.2021, Dr Ishtdev Sharma wrote a letter to the Hon’ble President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind, for the above-requested matter.

The President’s Secretariat was forwarded to the Secretary, Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, North Block, New Delhi for appropriate attention vide forwarded letter No. P1/E/1712210103 dated 17.12.2021.

MP Nischit Parmanik educational qualification is Bachelor of Computer Application (B.C.A.) and B.C.A is a three-year undergraduate course for which it is mandatory to pass Higher Secondary or 12th.

But, MP Nisith Pramanik has written on the affidavits of the nomination Paper to his highest educational qualification: Madhyamik Pariksha – West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (Bhetaguri Lal Bahadur Sastri Vidyapith, Bhetaguri, Dinhata, Cooch Behar.

When we filed the R.T.I. vide registration No. LOKSS/R/T/21/00138  for asking the above information from Lok Sabha Secretariat, the CPIO of M.H.A. disposed of the R.T.I. with this Reply:- The R.T.I. has been transferred to Election Commission and disposed of vide letter No. 1 (779)/I.C./21 on 30.07.2021 because No information is available in Lok Shaba.

After that, we got from the Election Commission of India, vide letter No 4/RTI/E.C.I./197/LET/ FUNC/ 2021,  Dated 10.08.2021, transferred through Lok Sabha Secretariat.

Note the Reply:- No Educational qualification of the M.P. Shri Nischit Pramanik is not available with the commission. However, you are informed that the returning officer/D.E.O. is the custodian of the Affidavit contesting during the election.   

According to M.H.A. official website:

MP Nisith Paramanik (Minister of State for M.H.A.) studied at Bhetaguri Lal Bahadur Shastri Vidyapith, Bhetaguri, Cooch Behar. He was Assistant Teacher in a primary school before joining politics.

How can MP Nishit Pramanik 10th pass work as an assistant teacher? Because the minimum qualification is Graduation and a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education.

2.2 RAISE THE POINT:-

When I filed the R.T.I. vide registration No. MHOME/R/T/21/02151 for asking the above information from M.H.A., the CPIO of M.H.A. disposed of the R.T.I. with this Reply:- The undersigned CPIO holds no such information as sought by the applicant. As such, the information regarding the undersigned CPIO may be treated as NIL. Further, you are advised to seek information from the concerned authority of the Government of West Bengal.

But as per our source information, B.S.F. Headquarters located at Kakribari, Cooch Behar, G branch has registered cases against gold smuggling, cow smuggling in Bangladesh and Brown Sugar MP Nisith Parmanik.

Our Source Information, MP Nisith Pramanik is an illegal immigrant of Bangladesh, and his birthplace is Gaibandha, a district in Northern Bangladesh.
