When we filed the R.T.I. vide registration No. LOKSS/R/T/21/00138 for asking the above information from Lok Sabha Secretariat, the CPIO of M.H.A. disposed of the R.T.I. with this Reply:- The R.T.I. has been transferred to Election Commission and disposed of vide letter No. 1 (779)/I.C./21 on 30.07.2021 because No information is available in Lok Shaba.
After that, we got from the Election Commission of India, vide letter No 4/RTI/E.C.I./197/LET/ FUNC/ 2021, Dated 10.08.2021, transferred through Lok Sabha Secretariat.
Note the Reply:- No Educational qualification of the M.P. Shri Nischit Pramanik is not available with the commission. However, you are informed that the returning officer/D.E.O. is the custodian of the Affidavit contesting during the election.

MP Nisith Paramanik (Minister of State for M.H.A.) studied at Bhetaguri Lal Bahadur Shastri Vidyapith, Bhetaguri, Cooch Behar. He was Assistant Teacher in a primary school before joining politics.
How can MP Nishit Pramanik 10th pass work as an assistant teacher? Because the minimum qualification is Graduation and a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
2.2 RAISE THE POINT:-
When I filed the R.T.I. vide registration No. MHOME/R/T/21/02151 for asking the above information from M.H.A., the CPIO of M.H.A. disposed of the R.T.I. with this Reply:- The undersigned CPIO holds no such information as sought by the applicant. As such, the information regarding the undersigned CPIO may be treated as NIL. Further, you are advised to seek information from the concerned authority of the Government of West Bengal.
