End User Agreement (EUA) – Helpful Foundation

This End User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between the user/client (“You”) and Helpful Foundation (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) governing the use of our website, services, and programs. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Disclaimer.

5. Payments & Fees

All service-related fees must be paid in advance through approved payment methods.
Certain payments made to government bodies or third parties (such as filing fees, taxes, affidavits) are strictly non-refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, will be governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

Helpful Foundation will maintain the confidentiality of user information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
However, we may disclose information when required by law or government authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content (website material, guides, templates, logos, documents) remains the property of Helpful Foundation.
Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without prior written approval.

8. Limitation of Liability

Helpful Foundation shall not be responsible for:
- Delays, rejections, or failures caused by government/court authorities.
- Technical errors on government or third-party platforms.
- Any indirect or consequential damages arising out of service use.
Our maximum liability, if proven, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service.

9. Termination of Agreement

Helpful Foundation reserves the right to terminate services if:
- The user provides false/misleading information.
- The user misuses the Foundation’s resources.
- The user violates this Agreement or engages in unlawful activities.
No refunds will be provided in such cases.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.

11. Amendments
