This End User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between the user/client (“You”) and Helpful Foundation (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) governing the use of our website, services, and programs. - We are not a substitute for independent professional legal services unless explicitly agreed upon.
- Service delivery may involve interaction with government authorities, courts, and third parties, which may impact timelines and results.
User Obligations
- Provide accurate, complete, and genuine information at all times.
- Use our services only for lawful purposes.
- Not misuse or impersonate Helpful Foundation for personal or commercial gain.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any communication, documents, or resources provided.
Payments & Fees
- All service-related fees must be paid in advance through approved payment methods.
- Certain payments made to government bodies or third parties (such as filing fees, taxes, affidavits) are strictly non-refundable.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Confidentiality & Privacy
- Helpful Foundation will maintain the confidentiality of user information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- However, we may disclose information when required by law or government authorities.
Intellectual Property
- All content (website material, guides, templates, logos, documents) remains the property of Helpful Foundation.
- Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without prior written approval.
Limitation of Liability
- Helpful Foundation shall not be responsible for delays, rejections, or failures caused by government/court authorities.
- We are not liable for technical errors on government or third-party platforms.
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of service use.
- Our maximum liability, if proven, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service.
Termination of Agreement
- Helpful Foundation reserves the right to terminate services if the user provides false/misleading information.
- Services may be terminated if the user misuses the Foundation’s resources.
- Services may be terminated if the user violates this Agreement or engages in unlawful activities.
- No refunds will be provided in such cases.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
Amendments
- Helpful Foundation reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and shall take effect immediately.
- Continued use of our services will be deemed as acceptance of the revised terms.
Entire Agreement
- This Agreement, along with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Disclaimer, constitutes the entire understanding between you and Helpful Foundation regarding your use of our services.
