The Foundation works towards promoting the overall welfare of people by addressing public grievances, supporting victims, facilitating lawful remedies, and creating pathways for a fair, transparent, and secure society. Through guidance, awareness, documentation support, and grievance facilitation, Helpful Foundation strives to empower citizens to seek justice through appropriate legal and administrative mechanisms.

📌 Cases We Accept
We handle only specific categories of complaints where the victim or complainant has already approached the appropriate authority, department, organization, or government portal but has not received any satisfactory action within a reasonable period.

Helpful Foundation is a non-governmental organisation providing facilitation and guidance for grievance redressal. We do not represent government authorities, and outcomes are subject to the respective department’s processes and decisions.
Important: Helpful Foundation does not replace courts, police, or government authorities. We facilitate lawful grievance resolution by assisting victims with documentation, representations, legal guidance, RTI support, and escalation through appropriate legal and administrative channels.
