👤 Non-Members
A fee is applicable for legal action and complaint registration. The fee affidavit must be submitted along with the complaint form.
🐾 Types of Animal & Husbandry Complaints
Five major categories of complaints handled under the Animal & Husbandry section — covering cruelty, healthcare, industry practices, welfare, and wildlife concerns.
Cruelty & Neglect of Animals
- Beating, overloading, abandonment of cattle, horses, donkeys, etc.
- Lack of food, water, or shelter for farm animals
- Inhumane treatment during transport or slaughter
- Illegal killing of cattle or sale of animals in violation of law
Veterinary & Healthcare Complaints
- Non-availability of veterinary hospitals or doctors in villages
- Negligence or corruption in providing vaccines/medicines
- Spread of contagious diseases (FMD, Avian Flu) due to lack of preventive care
- Overcharging by private vets or sale of fake medicines/feed
Dairy & Poultry Industry Complaints
- Adulteration of milk or dairy products
- Exploitation of dairy animals (injecting oxytocin or steroids)
- Poor hygiene in poultry farms leading to disease outbreaks
- Non-payment or exploitation of small dairy farmers by cooperatives
