Note:
HF Membership Holders: No fee is required to register a complaint.
Non-Members: A fee is applicable for legal action and complaint registration.

Cases We Accept

We handle only specific categories of complaints, where the victim has already approached the official authorities but has not received timely action.

Refusal to Register FIR

When the police or concerned authority has denied filing your First Information Report.

No Action by Authority

When the responsible authority fails to take any action on your submitted complaint.

Delayed Response

When no appropriate action has been taken within 30 to 90 days of registration.

âš–ī¸ Important Note: We accept only those cases where the victim has already submitted the complaint to the relevant department/authority AND no further action has been initiated by the authorities within 30 to 90 days.
