We handle only specific categories of complaints, where the victim has already approached the official authorities but has not received timely action.

 Types of Cases Accepted
  1. Refusal to Register an FIR
    – When the police or concerned authority has denied filing your First Information Report.
  2. No Action by Local Authority
    – When the responsible authority fails to take any action on your submitted complaint.
  3. Delayed or No Response to Complaint
    – When your complaint has been registered with the concerned department/authority but no appropriate action has been taken within 30 to 90 days.

We accept only those cases where:

  1. The victim has already submitted the complaint to the relevant department/authority, AND
  2. No further action has been initiated by the authorities within 30 to 90 days.

Types of Anti-Corruption Complaints

Bribery & Illegal Gratification

  1. Demanding or accepting bribes for performing official duties.
  2. Offering bribes to influence decisions.

Misuse of Position / Authority

  1. Using official powers for personal gain.
  2. Nepotism or favoritism in recruitment, tenders, or contracts

Embezzlement & Misappropriation

  1. Misuse of government or organizational funds.
  2. Illegal appropriation of public property or resources.

Fraud & Forgery

  1. Creating false documents, records, or accounts.
  2. Manipulation of tenders, contracts, or procurement.

Public Office Irregularities

  1. Delay in work until bribe is paid.
  2. Unfair practices in licensing, registration, or permits.

Authorities to Approach

  1. Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) – for central government officials.
  2. Lokpal & Lokayuktas – for higher public functionaries.
  3. Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) – Anti-Corruption Wing.
  4. State Vigilance Commissions & Lokayuktas – for state-level corruption complaints.
  5. Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) – state-specific bodies.
  6. NGOs & Public Interest Litigations (PILs) – for collective grievances.

Key Points to Remember

  1. Anonymous complaints may not be taken up (except in some whistleblower cases).
  2. Provide factual, specific, and verifiable details.
  3. Frivolous or malicious complaints can invite penalties.
  4. Citizens have the right to demand transparent governance.
