Non-Members: A fee is applicable for legal action and complaint registration.

📌 Types of Legislative Complaints in India

1. Misconduct by Legislators

Use of hate speech, abusive language, or threats inside/outside the House.
Disruption of Assembly/Parliament leading to stalled work.
Violation of Code of Conduct for Legislators.
Criminal activities or corruption cases involving legislators.

2. Legislative Negligence & Inaction

Failure of elected representatives to raise constituency issues.
Low or no attendance in Parliament/Assembly.

Party-hopping in violation of the Anti-Defection Law.
Suppression of criminal records in election affidavits.
Holding offices of profit while being legislators.
