1. Fee Exemption (No Fee Cases)
The following categories are exempted from paying any fee, subject to valid proof:
- Applicants/Complainants/Victims belonging to the Below Poverty Line (BPL) category.
- Persons whose annual income does not exceed ₹1,00,000/-.
- Victims of Trafficking in Human Beings or Begar (bonded labour).
