Types of Commerce & Industry Complaints in India

1. Trade & Business Complaints

  1. Unfair trade practices (false advertising, overcharging, hidden costs).
  2. Supply chain malpractices (hoarding, black marketing, cartelisation).
  3. Non-compliance with GST, trade licenses, or business laws.
  4. Corruption in obtaining permits, NOCs, or industrial approvals.
