Helpful Foundation (HF) is an independent organisation and India’s first trust dedicated to National Security and combating Anti-Economic Offences. Established on 21st April 2017, HF operates both nationally and internationally, working collaboratively with institutions, law enforcement, and communities to safeguard the nation’s integrity and economic stability.

Helpful Foundation is a law-abiding, non-governmental organisation committed to promoting justice, human rights, and inclusive development. Our mission is to build a community deeply engaged in the study and practice of human rights and justice, working to ensure the economic and political empowerment of every individual—both locally and globally. We are dedicated to making sure that justice is accessible to all, delivered in its true spirit, and within a reasonable and timely framework.

Objectives & Vision

Core Vision

To create a corruption-free, rights-driven, and socially just society by promoting transparency, accountability, and respect for human rights while strengthening governance, justice, and security frameworks at local, national, and international levels.


Primary Objectives

1. Governance & Anti-Corruption

  • Address the private sector’s role in public sector governance and anti-corruption efforts.
  • Support national initiatives to reduce corruption at all levels.
  • Adopt and implement international anti-corruption instruments and regional agreements.
  • Advise the Government on administrative reforms to establish a corruption-free India.
  • Hold corrupt officials accountable under the Prevention of Corruption Act and related laws.
  • Establish crime control cells at block levels to work with local police and resolve public grievances.
  • Actively engage with national and international institutions to combat corruption, money laundering, and illegal corporate activities.

2. Human Rights & Social Justice

  • Protect and promote human rights through monitoring, investigation, advocacy, and solidarity actions.
  • Develop a rapid communication system to redress wrongs and prevent future violations.
  • Study draconian laws, custodial deaths, and misuse of State machinery to recommend reforms.
  • Promote human rights education to eliminate practices such as bonded labor, untouchability, and exploitation of women.
  • Fight against discrimination and ensure equal rights for women and marginalized communities.
  • Support victims of human rights violations, preserve their memory, and promote solidarity movements.
  • Encourage ratification of international human rights treaties and develop corresponding national legislation.
  • Ensure that economic or political expediency does not compromise human rights.

3. Youth & Social Development

  • Train youth to face challenges in a pluralistic society with rising conflicts based on caste, religion, or region.
  • Promote social unity and national integration through civic responsibility, culture, literature, and arts.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and research initiatives on crime, governance, and corruption.

4. Child Protection & Labor Issues

  • Eradicate child labor, especially in hazardous industries like fireworks, glass, and stone crushing.
  • Promote awareness among industry management to ensure zero prevalence of child labor.

5. Legal & Judicial Reforms

  • Suggest reforms in judicial and police systems to ensure accountability and compliance with human rights norms.
  • Develop a more effective role for the International Court of Justice in human rights protection.

6. Crime & Security

  • Strengthen federal, state, and local law enforcement to combat drug trafficking, violence, and organized crime.
  • Support High-Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas (HIDTA) to disrupt criminal networks.
  • Assist in breaking the cycle of drug abuse and crime.
  • Promote cybercrime awareness and provide support to victims of cyber fraud.
  • Work with government departments to regulate unauthorized use of virtual currency and financial laundering.

7. Research & Knowledge Building

  • Conduct studies on philosophical, cultural, and historical perspectives of human rights.
  • Examine interlinkages between human rights, democracy, development, ecological balance, peace, and harmony.
  • Prepare reports on human rights violations by State agencies and armed groups.
  • Disseminate findings to academia, government, and civil society for collective reform.

Commitment to National Security

  • Cooperate with national authorities to ensure security and stability.
  • Provide policy input and recommendations to the National Security Advisor of India and other government bodies on issues related to crime, corruption, human rights, and governance.

Special Task Mandate

We are the National Security Advisor Organisation of this country.

1. Anti–Money Laundering & Financial Integrity

  • Identify, monitor, and disrupt money laundering networks.
  • Regulate and counter the use of unauthorised virtual currencies not recognised by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
  • Work in coordination with government departments to seize and forfeit criminal assets linked to illicit financial activity.

2. Regulation of Unlawful Private Sector Activities

  • Investigate and take action against private sector companies engaged in illegal and unlawful activities.
  • Collaborate with enforcement agencies to ensure compliance with national security, financial, and legal regulations.

3. Counter–Narcotics & Crime Prevention

  • Strengthen measures to break the cycle of drug abuse and crime.
  • Support law enforcement task forces in dismantling drug trafficking networks.
  • Promote rehabilitation and awareness programs to reduce societal dependence on narcotics.

4. Cybercrime Response & Victim Support

  • Actively support victims of cybercrime through legal, technical, and institutional mechanisms.
  • Work with law enforcement agencies to track, investigate, and prevent cyber offences.
  • Build public awareness and resilience against digital fraud and cyber threats.

5. Human Rights Oversight & Accountability

  • Prepare independent reports on violations of human rights by the State, its agencies, police, and criminal justice system, where they are inconsistent with human rights norms.
  • Recommend reforms, safeguards, and accountability mechanisms to align governance with democratic and human rights standards.
