  2. Citizens are not required to pay any fee for filing complaints related to Government policies, schemes, departments, or public welfare issues.
  3. Helpful Foundation provides grievance support as a public service, ensuring transparency, accountability, and justice for all without any financial burden on the complainant.

📌Types of Anti-National Integration Complaints

1. Anti-National & Secessionist Activities
  1. Promotion of separatism, secession, or division of the nation.
  2. Spreading propaganda against India’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
  3. Supporting terrorist or extremist groups operating against the state.
2. Communal & Caste Violence
  1. Incitement of communal hatred through speeches, publications, or social media.
  2. Organized riots or targeted violence against religious/caste communities.
  3. Systematic exclusion or harassment of minorities, migrants, or weaker sections.
3. Discrimination & Regional Intolerance
  1. Attacks on people from other states (regional discrimination).
  2. Language-based hatred or denial of cultural identity.
  3. Harassment of Northeastern citizens, migrants, or tribal groups.
4. Attacks on National Symbols & Unity
  1. Disrespect towards national flag, anthem, constitution in ways that encourage disunity.
  2. Desecration of monuments or symbols linked to India’s integrity.
  3. Public campaigns that promote division instead of unity.
5. Digital & Social Media Threats
  1. Circulation of fake news, hate speech, or divisive propaganda online.
  2. Cyber campaigns encouraging communal clashes or anti-national sentiments.
  3. Foreign influence operations promoting unrest.

📌Who Can File an Anti-National Integration Complaint?

  1. Victims of communal violence, discrimination, or hate speech.
  2. Any citizen or organization witnessing divisive or anti-national activity.
  3. Helpful Foundation itself, by taking suo motu cognizance of credible reports (media, social media, NGOs).
