Types of Defence Complaints in India
1. Service-Related Complaints (Armed Forces Personnel)
- Denial of pay, allowances, pensions, or benefits.
- Discrimination in postings, promotions, or duty assignments.
- Harassment, ill-treatment, or abuse of authority by superiors.
- Delay in leave sanctions or denial of medical facilities.
- Wrongful disciplinary action or court-martial irregularities.
2. Ex-Servicemen & Family Complaints
