📌Types of Judiciary Complaints in India

Misconduct of Judges & Court Staff

  1. Accepting bribes, showing bias, or favouritism in cases.
  2. Misuse of judicial position for personal/financial gain.
  3. Disrespectful or abusive behaviour towards litigants/lawyers.
  4. Nepotism in appointment of lawyers or staff.

Delay & Negligence in Justice Delivery

  1. Excessive delays in hearings or judgments.
