πŸ“Œ Cases We Accept

We handle only specific categories of complaints, where the victim has already approached the official authorities but has not received timely action.

βœ… Types of Cases Accepted
  1. Refusal to Register an FIR
    – When the police or concerned authority has denied filing your First Information Report.
  2. No Action by Local Authority
    – When the responsible authority fails to take any action on your submitted complaint.
  3. Delayed or No Response to Complaint
    – When your complaint has been registered with the concerned department/authority but no appropriate action has been taken within 30 to 90 days.

βš–οΈ Important Note:
We accept only those cases where:

  • The victim has already submitted the complaint to the relevant department/authority, AND
  • No further action has been initiated by the authorities within 30 to 90 days.

  • Harassment at workplace
3. Termination / Dismissal
  • Illegal termination without notice
  • Retrenchment without compensation
  • Non-compliance with labor laws
4. Workplace Rights
  • Violation of working hours, leave rules, or service benefits
  • Unsafe working conditions (Occupational safety issues)
  • Gender discrimination or sexual harassment at workplace (covered under POSH Act)
5. Pension / Retirement Benefits
  • Delay or denial of pension, gratuity, or retirement dues
  • Miscalculation of retirement benefits

  • Labor Commissioner / Labor Court – For private employees and workers
  • Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) – For central government employees
  • State Administrative Tribunal (SAT) – For state government employees
  • Human Rights Commission – If fundamental or workplace rights are violated
  • Helpful Foundation / NGO Support – For drafting, representation, and legal aid assistance – Refusal to register an FIR – When the police or concerned authority denies filing your First Information Report and No action taken by local authority – When the responsible authority fails to act on your submitted complaint.
