Women’s Aid – Legal Support & Confidential Assistance
Women’s Aid is an initiative of Helpful Foundation dedicated to providing confidential legal support to women facing domestic violence, abuse, harassment, or related family disputes. We assist women in understanding their legal rights and taking appropriate action under Indian law with dignity and sensitivity.
Our services are focused on guidance, documentation, and legal procedure support, especially under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and allied laws.
Who Can Approach Women’s Aid
You may seek assistance if you are facing:

Special Benefit for BPL Card Holders
All services offered by Helpful Foundation are completely free of cost for individuals holding a valid BPL (Below Poverty Line) Card.
👉Note on Legal Fees
- The legal fee for processing and pursuing a complaint with Helpful Foundation depends on the nature and complexity of the case.
- HF membership holders are exempt from fees for complaint registration and initial assistance.
- Non-members are required to pay the applicable legal fee, which will be communicated based on the specifics of the case, before filing or taking legal action.
- The complainant will be informed of the exact fee amount prior to proceeding with any legal or administrative process.
Helpful Foundation provides guidance, awareness, and support services for women’s welfare. The organization does not investigate, certify, or adjudicate allegations of abuse or violence. All assistance is provided on an informational and support basis, and individuals are encouraged to approach appropriate legal authorities or professional services where required.
