- Discrimination or attacks based on caste, religion, ethnicity, or identity.

2. Violence & Conflict Complaints
- Terrorism-related threats or extremist activities.
- Armed conflict impact on civilians.
- Cross-border tensions affecting ordinary people.

- Suppression of freedom of speech, assembly, or religion.

- Victims of communal or conflict-related violence.
- Any person or NGO working for peace and harmony.
- Whistleblowers highlighting threats to peace.
- Media reports, through which the Foundation may take suo motu cognizance.
